Miira Sapna Selene Tonteri (b. 1990) is a Finnish-Mauritian artist from Helsinki. Tonteri graduated as an animation director from Turku Arts Academy in 2016 and will graduate as Master of Arts from Aalto University in 2025.

 

Tonteri primarily works with hand-drawn animation and animated video installations, with a touch of media art. In her works, she explores the layers, integrations, and confrontations between nature and technology, as well as stories, dreams, and reality.
